When he's not at sea, Martin enjoys scuba diving, fishing, and sharing his knowledge with crew members. Kiara is a hardworking and energetic stewardess from South Africa with a strong background in both private and charter yachts. With experience on vessels up to 71m, she brings a solid foundation in interior detailing, laundry, housekeeping, and guest service- always delivered with professionalism and a warm smile. She has supported busy charters and high-end events, including the F1 Grand Prix and is confident working under pressure while maintaing high standards. Kiara is a strong team player with a proactive mindset. In her spare time she enjoys horse riding, snorkeling, scuba diving, photography, and hiking- always embracing adventure on land and sea.

With a strong engineering background from the Merchant Nautical School of Tampico and extensive experience across both private and commercial vessels, Juan is the backbone of smooth onboard operations.
