Captain Conrad is originally from beautiful Cape Town South Africa, known for breathtaking views of Table Mountain and the Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens. Captain Conrad loves to travel and had always wanted to explore America. In 2000 he traveled to South Dakota and then made his way to the sunshine state, beautiful south Florida. His love of adventure, traveling, and exploring new places led him into yachting. He has obtained his 500 ton captains license and has worked on vessels that range from 280ft to our beautiful 112ft Westport, NO SHORTCUTS. Captain Conrad takes pride in any vessel he captains and loves giving amazing guest experiences with beautiful anchorages and fun excursions. He was previously Captain aboard 112' Westport INDIGO and spent time as a first office on 143' STARSHIP. When Captain Conrad is not traveling around the world by boat, he enjoys fishing and sports. He has a passion for rugby, cricket, and riding his motorcycles. Don’t let Captain Conrad's calm demeanor fool you, he is a adrenal junky at heart, if not on the water you could also find him skydiving, racing motorcycles on the track with friends or cage diving with great white sharks in South Africa.

Taylor grew up in sunny West Palm Beach, Florida. During her childhood she played flag football and performed theatre but in between, she always found herself at the beach.
Taylor stepped on the yachting scene in 2017 after graduating from the University of South Florida. Longing for a job where she could travel the world, combined for her love for the ocean, yachting was the perfect fit. Her greatest asset is her ability to adapt easily to new situations and stay calm in moments of hecticness. Taylor always strives to put together successful charters with exciting itineraries that always “wow” guests. She has always enjoyed working with people to help make their lives easier, and this is yet another reason why she decided to join the industry.
In her own time, Taylor loves being with family and friends whenever she can. Her favorite things to do include traveling, diving, hiking, and experiencing new activities and cultures, especially through food! She loves reading, staying active, cooking, and exploring.

Angie hails from Richards Bay, South Africa. After hearing about yachting from a friend, she decided to sell her car, go all for it, and hasn’t looked back since. She has now been in the industry for 7 years. Working on both private and charter yachts, she has gained exceptional experience both in and out of the galley, and is a great asset to the team. Angie’s friendly attitude, sharp eye for detail, and high culinary standard in a fast-paced environment, make for an extraordinary experience. Always willing to walk the extra mile, there is no request too big or too small when it comes to making guests happy.
Angie is able to accommodate any dietary requirements or allergies and has international cuisine experience. Dedicated to ensuring guests always have a variety of food options, there is never a boring meal aboard her table.
When Angie is not busy curating a delectable menu, you can find her diving, fishing, horse riding, cycling, or go-carting.
Alexander Bosch – First Mate

Alexander grew up in Cape Town, South Africa before moving to Namibia at the age of 14. Growing up as an only child by the ocean, he took up kiteboarding during his free time and eventually became the 2nd fastest in his country. After graduating from high school, Alexander leaned into his talent and became a kiteboarding instructor. During this time, he also helped a good friend run catamaran charters in his hometown where they would take large groups of people on half-day cruises that included whale watching and tours of a seal sanctuary.
Alexander started working on yachts in 2014 after hearing about the opportunity from a captain in the industry. He has since been on board a variety of vessels including 185’ MY SEANNA and 143’ STARSHIP. Alexander is known to be easygoing and gets along with everyone. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the exterior and prioritizes the safety of everyone aboard the vessel.
The ocean has always been a big part of his life, and he continues to find himself working within its reach. After gaining experience in the past 8 years, Alexander hopes to secure a permanent position as a Captain in the near future.
In his spare time, you can find him playing rugby, soccer, going to the gym, wakeboarding, kiteboarding, off-roading, camping, spearfishing, diving, and exploring.
Olga Louw – Deck/Stew

Olga recently started her boating journey due to her love for the ocean and traveling. Prior to entertaining yachting, Olga worked as a bartender and waitress in a high-class theater scene which gave her the skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing extraordinary customer service. She is also the owner of her own lash extension business which she opened back home in South Africa a year ago.
Olga is a young and vibrant individual who always brings a positive, hardworking attitude onboard. She likes to tackle tasks hands on and always keeps guest satisfaction at atop her list. She has a motivated, passionate, energetic, and flexible personality.
