CAPTAIN – Chris Karatzis
Captain Chris was born in 1981. He holds a Captain Class C Certificate and a speed boat license. Among other certifications he also holds SSO, ECDIS and RO-RO Passenger certifications. Captain Chris joined the yachting industry in 2015. He has extensive knowledge of moorings and secluded bays throughout the Greek islands. He is very reliable, hard-working, and professional. In his free time Captain Chris likes water sports, mountaineering and he also loves to construct traditional musical instruments. He speaks Greek and English.
CHEF – Prodromos Kostaras
Prodromos was born in 1989 and holds a Culinary Art degree. He has many years of experience as a Chef at five-star hotels and high-end restaurants such as Drakoulis Dry & Raw and INBI restaurant at Costa Navarino. Prodromos was also a staging chef at Spondi restaurant. His passion and love for the sea led him to the yachting industry last year and he is very eager to go the extra mile to satisfy the guests. Prodromos is hard-working and will create the most delicious dishes using the freshest Mediterranean ingredients. He speaks Greek, French and English.
STEWARDESS – Elina Chatzidaki
Elina was born in 2001 in Athens and has many certificates related to crew training. She is a holder of the Cabin Crew Attestation and Medical Certificate where she was trained at passenger handling and cabin surveillance, aviation Regulations covering all the elements relevant to the duties and responsibilities required from cabin crew. Moreover, she has attended Fire and Smoke and survival training. Elina has also attended the Travel and Tourism Level 1 course (Holder of the IATA-UFTAA Foundation Diploma) where she was taught about the travel and tourism industry and the working environment for travel professionals. In addition, she owns a Silver Service Certificate for Yacht Stewardess in A.S.T. Elina has a great experience as a Stewardess as she has worked in many yachts such as M/Y DREAM B, M/Y SUMMER FUN, M/Y SEVEN S. When not working she loves travelling and reading. Elina speaks English and French.
DECKHAND/SAILOR – Ioannis Dermatis
Ioannis was born in 2003 and graduated from Naval High School of Lakonia. He studies at IVT Akmi “International Hospitality & Tourism Management”. He recently joined the yachting industry and has great enthusiasm for his job! Ioannis has a pleasant personality and is willing to help the rest of the team. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, listening to music and playing drums & piano. He speaks Greek, German (basic) and English.
