Keith Jenkins takes pride in a very friendly management style. Open and honest communication with all guests aboard the beautiful 80 foot M/Y Pnuema. His top priority is safety. Informative training for all crew and guests, while following all USCG and federal regulations. Captain Keith has lived and worked on Yachts over 22 years starting back in 1997. He traveled and worked in Alaska for 8 years, Mexico for 4 years, the Panama Canal twice, Florida, Bahamas, Caribbean for 4 years, and New England for 3 years. Keith has over 1500 days driving various types of boats and yachts. He was born and raised in Redondo Beach, California. He started sailing at 15 years old. His interests now are working on motor yachts, fishing, surfing, stand up paddle boarding, cooking gourmet Foods, travelling, and learning new things.

Justin grew up in the Boston area and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, from Plymouth State University, in New Hampshire.

He is an aspiring yacht professional with extensive experience in maintenance, service, and design unique to the world of high net worth clientele. Major strengths include strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and genuine interest in helping others bring their vision to reality. Special abilities in communication, both written and interpersonal, with thoughtful listening as the key. Well-rounded, flexible team player who learns quickly and contributes with excellence.

He prefers to be outdoors exploring beautiful places. His interests include snowboarding, golf, hiking, skateboarding, fishing, and cooking.

Linkie is an accomplished chef, lifestyle expert and TV personality who has a passion for living life to the fullest. After competing in the popular show "Food Network Star Season 8", she started traveling the country doing demos, classes, and high-end events at Food and Wine Festivals, corporate events, and private parties. She has catered and done cakes and pastries for extremely well-known people like president Obama, Colin Powell, Franki Valli and many more. She has an excellent eye for detail that has landed me some of the most elite events around the country. In November 2015, she decided to try her hand at yachting and fell in love with the high energy and superior standards of the industry.
She has a great sense of adventure, learns fast and loves a challenge. She is a great team player and willing to take the lead if needed. With over 200 original recipes, she always tries to push the envelope when it comes to cuisine and great at finding provisions in remote destinations.
